Have you ever gotten a nose job? I know a long time friend who had a flat nosed and she had been told me that she considers getting her nose done with plastic surgery. At first I just can't imagine how the process would not hurt her. I have read some articles about it and to be honest the pictures shown about the nose job procedure are pretty scary. I told my friend about my opinion and she said it would not be a problem for her since she will do anything to make her face more beautiful.
